Cardamom Summer Lemon Pancakes


1 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Cardamom Summer
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 banana
1/2 cup milk
1/2 lemon, zest
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon coconut oil


  1. Mash the banana in a bowl and then add all pancake ingredients and stir to combine.
  2. Heat coconut oil over a medium heat in a non-stick pan. Once the oil has melted, add dollop of batter for pancakes. Let bubble and flip, then repeat with remaining batter.
  3. Stack pancakes with fresh fruit, syrup or any other favorites and enjoy!
