1 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Cardamom Summer
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 lemon, zest
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Mash the banana in a bowl and then add all pancake ingredients and stir to combine.
- Heat coconut oil over a medium heat in a non-stick pan. Once the oil has melted, add dollop of batter for pancakes. Let bubble and flip, then repeat with remaining batter.
- Stack pancakes with fresh fruit, syrup or any other favorites and enjoy!
