Kaffir Lime Ancho Roasted Cashews

INGREDIENTS

4 cups raw cashews
1 tbsp Kaffir Lime Powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp ground ancho chiles
Kosher salt, to taste
Pinch sugar

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 325°F. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients; toss to coat.
  2. Spread cashews in an single layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake 16 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or until cashews are light golden and fragrant. Cool completely and enjoy!
