1 lb brussel sprouts, quartered
3 shallots, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Kaffir Lime Powder
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Kosher salt & pepper, to taste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chili paste
- In a saute pan, heat vegetable oil and saute thinly sliced shallots, 1-2 minutes. Add Kaffir Lime Powder and combine, 30 seconds.
- Add brussel sprouts, chili paste, sugar salt and pepper to taste and stir fry, 10-15 minutes until brussel sprouts become slightly charred. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Serve and enjoy!
