I used this blend to marinate chicken wings with olive oil and a pinch of lemon juice. The wings turned out delicious and full of flavor. I served them over a bed of rice pilaf made with the rose and cinnamon blend. Definitely a good pick for someone looking to branch out to new flavors but without having to pick up a whole new complicated cooking style.
