I learned about this spice from the recipe kit package. When I ordered the spice to make the recipe again, it took quite a bit of back-and-forth by email to determine how much of the spice I needed to duplicate the recipe in the kit. A simple way to fix this would be to say on the card what a full envelope represents in terms of measurement (1 T 2 ts) so if we order additional spice we'd know how much to use. As well, the lemongrass curry recipe was incomplete on the card - I had to email RawSpice to get the full recipe. But Lordy, was it delicious!
